Estate sales have been part of our family's story for generations. Erin's great-grandmother, grandmother, and mother all worked in estate sales, creating a lifelong appreciation for antiques, vintage treasures, quality craftsmanship, and the history behind the items that fill a home.
For Erin, estate sales have never just been a business—they've been a way of life. Weekends were spent exploring estate sales, searching for hidden treasures, and learning to appreciate the craftsmanship, history, and stories behind the things people collected over a lifetime. That passion eventually grew into Heirloom Home Estate Sales, where helping families and giving cherished belongings a second life come together.

Growing up surrounded by estate sales also provided years of hands-on experience recognizing quality, understanding market value, and helping families navigate life's transitions with confidence. Our family's journey has taken us to different parts of California, communities across the United States, and even overseas. Along the way, we've developed an appreciation for many styles of homes, furnishings, antiques, and collectibles—experience that helps us recognize and properly present the unique treasures found in every estate.

Today, Heirloom Home is proudly owned and operated by Erin, her husband Roger, and her mother, Sandi. Together, we combine family tradition with thoughtful presentation, honest pricing, and exceptional customer service. Sandi brings a creative eye for visual merchandising and display, transforming each home into a welcoming shopping experience that highlights the unique character and value of every item. We believe every home tells a story, and every estate deserves to be handled with care and respect. Whether a family is downsizing, settling a loved one's estate, or preparing for a new chapter, our goal is to make the process as organized, compassionate, and stress-free as possible.

Giving quality pieces a second life benefits families, preserves history, and keeps quality items out of local landfills whenever possible. We work with families to donate remaining items to local organizations, helping as many belongings as possible continue to serve a purpose while giving back to our community.
